Ingredients:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup self-raising flour
If you don’t have self-raising flour:
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead lightly for 2–3 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball into a pancake shape.
- Fry in a dry pan (or with a little oil) over medium heat.
- Fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
How to use:
- Serve warm as bread for breakfast.
- Perfect for cheese, honey or jam
- Can be used as a base for mini pizzas
- Great as a quick snack
- You can add garlic or herbs to the dough for better flavor
