2 Ingredient Bread – Soft & Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup self-raising flour

If you don’t have self-raising flour:

  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and flour until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead lightly for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls.
  4. Flatten each ball into a pancake shape.
  5. Fry in a dry pan (or with a little oil) over medium heat.
  6. Fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

How to use:

  • Serve warm as bread for breakfast.
  • Perfect for cheese, honey or jam
  • Can be used as a base for mini pizzas
  • Great as a quick snack
  • You can add garlic or herbs to the dough for better flavor
